International Arts Centre, Garden St (off Abbey St) Leicester

Set in what appears to be an old working mans club, giving you the feeling you've just gatecrashed a wedding reception. the Tube Bar is the best underground club in Leicester, maybe the world!! Where else can you mix with such a strange array of Leicester's finest 60's kids, Mods, Rockers, Indie kids, Psych boys, Strokes wannabies, Skaters, Punks, Soulies, Hippies, Shoe gazers, freaks & Geek chics?
I even saw Jesus Christ there once!!

No other DJ could get that drunk to the point of passing out & still keep the dancefloor grooving to underground indie, 60's grooves, northern soul, cocktail classics & sparkling pop just to name a few!! Thank-you Jason. Rumour also has it that the infamous (to the new Tube bar crowd) compere Turk has returned from his travels to add more cheese to the amazing experience that is the Tube Bar.
The Tube Bar could fool you into thinking it may be pretentious but fortunately everyone loses their cool pretty quickly…….they do like a drink at the Tube Bar if you know what I'm saying?
